Over the past year she has been a powerful voice for our community, speaking up for families who felt unheard and advocating for students, parents, and neighbors throughout the district.
She has worked tirelessly to ensure every child has access to a quality education and has consistently stood up for what is right. Allison has been a strong advocate for students with disabilities and has raised concerns about student safety, including children being requireid to walk to bus hubs during peak traffic hours without adequate crossing support.

Allison has been a vocal opponent of school closures and believes in strengthening and supporting our public schools and communities. Her commitment has always been to students, families, transparency, and keeping neighborhood schools open."

As someone who has lived in the Phoenix Elementary School District since the 1960s, and been involved in historic preservation for decades, I know that historic buildings are assets, not burdens. Allison understands that as well and is intent on preserving our District. The historic school buildings throughout Phoenix Elementary aren't just old buildings—they are part of the identity and history of the neighborhoods they serve. Allison's focus is on equity in resources and access to quality education and making sure the District is transparent and accountable with the resources it has.
